OUR PROCESS
STEP ONE:
Have your design plans with you or take measurements of your space. Bring any paint, wood or material samples with you to help you color match. If your project is being billed through a contractor or designer, please have their contact info with you as well. If you would like to meet with a specific sales person an appointment is recommended.
STEP TWO:
Meet with our experienced staff to help understand and guide you through the best material options for your project. We will then either work with your contractor, or provide an estimate for your project. To proceed with the order, a 50% deposit is required to hold your material and request a template. Please check your email for our policy and disclaimer sign-off form.
STEP THREE:
Once your cabinets and/or farm sink is fully installed we can come out to measure. During your template, our field team will measure and go over all the details of your order. Any customer provided sink must be on site at time of template. After, your sales representative will then update, review, and finalize your order with you. We then take the final payment to schedule your installation date.
STEP FOUR:
The cabinets must remain in place and not be altered or moved while waiting for installation. In preparation, please have the plumbing disconnected as ECC does not include plumbing of any kind. Also, ensure our team will have a clear safe path into the home. Then sit back and relax while we do what we do best. East Coast had the privilege of working on this project and creating a stunning custom marble stone feature wall for the soaker tub. With attention to every detail, from the ogee edge to the arches and curves, then adding stone shelves placed at just the right height for a glass of wine. Stone: Capri Veincut Marble

Architectural Digest Feature:
East Coast also fabricated custom marble vanities and shower details for a cozy traditional master bath on this project. The stacked marble top creates the appearance of a 3” thick counter, adding weight to balance with the brick accent wall.
